In the years since separating from The Whisky Exchange (supplier of my day job), the team at Elixir Distillers have been busy. From tinkering with the Black Tot range to continuing to release Single Malts of Scotland bottlings, to say nothing of building Portintruan distillery on Islay and running Tormore, they’ve not had much time to create new things.
