    I was meant to try this a couple of months after the last one. 2.5 years later, it’s still all about the rhubarb, although it’s much softer, elderflower poking out between the fruity spikes and an almost cherry-like note that’s developed. Excellent.

    Big dark chocolate notes with some fruity coffee notes on the background. Really very good.

    Bitter chocolate backbone with a big coconutty Amburana hit up front. Loads of ginger cake and vanilla ice cream. Sweet, but not overly so. The Amburana is a bit over the top, but it’s otherwise rather good.
